Belle Vernons Eat N park Server listens to the war veteran

What happened in restaurant

It was on Friday night that a war veteran was on the restaurant of Belle Vernons in Pittsburgh,USA to have something to eat. He is 91 years of old and has a hearing problem so the server helped him.

Why is everyone talking about it

The servers name in the restaurant was Dylan Tetil who served the old customer that entered the restaurant. The server bent down on his knees near the old man to take the order when he came to understand that he was having hearing problem.
Taking the order then turned into the conversation which turned the old customer into tears after he spoke with Dylan about the stories from war,his injuries and his family. He was very assured that the person was genuinely interested in him, listened to him and made him feel good while talking to him.

When Dylan spoke with the war veteran he came to know that the old customer do not have many people he can talk to the accompanied him during his break and sat next to him till he had finished the ordered food..
The old person was so kindful and respectful that he apologized to Dylan about his hearing problem and taking his precious time to speak to him for a very long time respecting the other person. This displays how kind and humble the old gentleman was.

What happened afterwards

A patron Lisa Meilander in the other booth snapped the picture of dylan and the old customer when he was near him and posted it online where it became viral. The other person sitting next to the old person was also with us along the conversation that dylan cam to know when the other person requested the cheque on that table and paid it. Dylan was very happy for the old person as he considered the person had spent a quality time when he was in a restaurant
Dylan said "A smile can make a persons day and an kind act of gesture can impact thousands who shared it"
